I have placed my order before the deadline, when will I receive my prints?
​If you have taken advantage of the 'Free Shipping to School' option, we wait till after the deadline then print all the orders in bulk and deliver them directly to school for children to bring home.
If you have chosen to have your order shipped to home, it will be printed on the next available print run and dispatched without delay.

I have missed the deadline. Can I still place an order?​
Yes absolutely. The deadline is for free school delivery. Just enter your password as normal and you can then have your order shipped to your home address. 

Can relatives also buy photos?​
Yes, your password is unique to your child, you can choose to share it with family if you wish.

Can I order from the school office?​
No, you can only order online. Doing this doesn't add extra workload to the school office staff.
